How do I edit lists in Data Entry that are not editable in Utilities, such as Author, Publisher, Supplier, Series & Fund?

To edit these lists just add type in the new or changed enrty into the field and add it to the list when you are prompted to. This will change the entry for that resource.

To remove a mispelt entry simply from the list, remove that entry from each resource with it i.e. change the entry to the correct one by selecting it from the drop down. As soon as the incorrect entry is no longer attached to any records it willbe deleted from the list.
