10th September - Recent & Upcoming Onsites/Workshops
Hi All, Tony has just completed two workshops in the South-West of Queensland, one at Eulo State School and another at St Mary's Charleville. A large contingency from our south western schools attended these workshops and were able to learn about all the new features and tips & tricks in LibCode Suite & CMEWeb, whilst also getting to network with the LibCode Team and each other.
Alan is currently in the Cairns region doing onsite visits and workshops, so far he has visited Mareeba, Millaa Millaa & Atherton with two workshops for the Catholic Diocese still to be held in Mareeba & Tully. When Alan finishes in Cairns he will fly to Darwin to spend four days providing a workshop for our Northern Territory schools including an onsite for each school.
Next term we have planned a trip to Croydon, Karumba & Burketown. If any other regions would also like a workshop, please let us know so we can plan ahead.

BizLib Suite
BizLib Suite is a brand new resource management system designed to spefically to cater for the needs of business. It is based on our highly successful LibCode Suite platform and provides a full featured resource management system tailored for business needs.
AR Quiz Manager
AR Quiz Manager is an add-on for the popular Accelerated ReaderTM program that allows school to easily compare their resources, the quizzes that are available and the quizzes that are already owned in a simple and easy to use interface. AR Quiz Manager was previously sold by Intuitive Information Retrieval, our sister company, but we feel that with AR Quiz Manager in the LibCode Library Systems family we can reach a much bigger audience and provide better support.

Hi all,
Due to the school holidays we will not be sending out a Newsletterfor July 2009. Please feel free to catch up on our previousNewsletters in the Support section of the website and select Newsletters...There's a DOC and a PDF of each newsletter!
Two important news items that can't wait until the August Newsletterare EQ Mobile Users & LibCode Issues, and Renewal of Licence & yourinvoice.
Firstly we have encountered a problem when an EQ user is changedinto a Mobile User, this problem occurs when backing up in LibCodeSuite. A ticket has been lodged with EQ regarding this situation butif you are experiencing problems or are to be changed into a MobileUser please call our office on (07) 4638 9415 ASAP.
Secondly when you receive a message requesting that your licence berenewed, this is not linked to your invoice, please just contact ouroffice for a renewal code. Your invoice will be sent out at adifferent time and does not effect the renewal of your licence,unless it is a long time overdue, in which case we would have alreadycontacted you.

23rd March 2009 - New Version Released
We would like to announce the release of our most recent version of LibCode Suite - Version 6.540. The main new feature available in this version is the 'SCIS Cover Image' inload tool which provides for the inload of Resource Cover Images from SCIS for display in Enquiry, Junior HYG, Data Entry & Circulation. This new version also includes an overdues email feature and a revised Synchronise Borrowers tool.
- To upgrade to this most recent version please select 'Support' on the left hand side, login and click 'LibCode Suite Upgrades'.
- To find out if your software is up to date select 'Support' on the left hand side, login and click 'Versions & Data Manipulation'.

1st February 2009 - Exciting News - Cover Images in LibCode Suite
SCIS has recently introduced a feature for downloading the Cover Images for books you are cataloguing. LibCode Suite can use these images to display the cover of each book in Enquiry, Data Entry, Circulation and Junior HYG!
To access this new feature please upgrade to the version released on the 23rd March 2009 (See Above).
